Payments

The conditions for the payment of MLshop are as follows:

1) Payment by bank transfer

Modes of expedition

MLshop chooses the mode of delivery of the products. The customer may ask to benefit from a delivery Express (shall be delivered in 48h / 72h.) or freight forwarder.

The Customer should, ensure that the package is in good condition. Otherwise, should signal the shortcoming to the transport undertaking within the legal deadline laid down. The Client has the obligation to show a proof if any product is lacking or present a defect. MLshop fare an effort to comply with the delivery deadlines and not to accept any request for compensation and interest due to delay in delivery and not to accept, in this case, no request for cancellation. An application containing products not available in stock has a time limit for delivery more and in this case could be canceled.

 

Delivery closing date 

   

All the merchandise has a delivery closing date of 48/72h, if all conditions of selling are satisfied except a disruption. Deliveries by forwarder are available in 3 to 5 days (transport of articles of all kinds of shapes and weights).

Errors or stocks rupture

The prices shown are valid except error of release or stocks rupture. In case of an occurrence of this nature the client will be informed as soon as possible and can only opt for the maintenance of the order in their new conditions or its cancellation.

The MLshop reserves the right to change or cancel promotions without requiring any notice.
The images may not correspond to the product description. The Links of the manufacturer are placed only as additional information. The MLshop is not responsible for any breach of the same or changes in the contents.

 

Cancellations/Discards/Complains

 

If for some reason the order is cancelled and is already paid, the MLshop is responsible for returning the amount paid no later than 15 working days. The customer is always responsible for the costs of postage to which the articles are subject.

If the products received do not conform to the order, the customer should alert the MLshop immediately or at the latest within 2 (two) days of receiving the request. A copy of the invoice or a copy of order shall be sent together with the claim of the customer.

Any complaint concerning the quality of the product must be accompanied by a copy of indicating the defect and the case is necessary to establish this defect, should send us a sample of the same product in its original packaging with the useful references for the identification. No claim shall be allowed if the conditions here above are not respected.

The products may only be returned after preliminary agreement in writing MLshop. The products returned should be addressed to MLshop and the rates of dispatch shall be borne by the customer.

The labels must be intact, thus allowing be resold. The products must be returned with their valley of return in registered mail whether for a repayment or for a return to after-sales service. In the event of return without the prior consent or not to conform, the product must be returned with the costs of dispatching paid by the Client.

 

Ports

  

The price of transport is on the customer by mail DHL / FEDEX, UPS and Forwarder. This value is calculated according to the weight of the articles.
