
Warranty conditions
All products have guarantee for a period of two years or more, according to the instructions of the brand or the manufacturer, with the exception of Power Supplies for PC. The MLshop ensures Technical assistance to all products commercialized in the Site.
Procedures in case of failure within the warranty period
In case of failure or defect in manufacturing, the product should be returned to MLshop, together with their purchase invoice (or copy). If the customer wishes, he can still ask the MLshop the lifting of the goods at the address for delivery. In all cases the cost of transport to the MLshop facilities, are always on the account of the Customer. The product, repaired or substituted acording with the warranty of the maker, will be sended to the client paying just the ports of the delivery.
Procedures in the event of damage outside the warranty period
The client must send along with the proof of purchase of the equipment (invoice or copy) the description of the damage for prior budget.The budget will be sent to the customers, and if accepted, the product should be sent to the address indicated by MLShop. The costs of transport to the offices of MLshop or to an address indicated by this agency and back to the customer's premises are always on account of the customer.After the product being repaired will be sent to collect postage and the repair to the address indicated.
